Cholesterol Report!

One of the major reasons to start this lifestyle was to reduce our cholesterol, which was high. Here are the results after 8 weeks:

Mine dropped from 225 (overall score) to 179 - a drop of 46 points!
Roland's dropped from 263 to 195 - a drop of 68 points!

I can't wait to see the results in 8 more weeks.

That is awesome! I am really proud of you! It must feel great to know you are changing and prolonging your life without having to rely on medication.

Way to go. You have inspired me, I am eating lots more fruits and veggies, and whole grains - and lots less fat, meats, cheeses, and refined sugars.
