After?

Quite a few people have told me that I need to post an after picture. I haven't because I'm not at the "After" point. But - I will post where I am right now.

I have been a nutritarian for 6 months and I've lowered my cholesterol by more than 60 points and lost 52 lbs. I feel so much better, younger, happier and productive!

Our before picture. A friend took this and thought it was such a flattering photo. And here are our afters (sorry - no body shots - yet!):

Roland - 53 lbs lighter

Me - 52 lbs and counting!

Pretty soon we will get a picture in the same pose as the "before".

I keep saying that even if I hadn't lost a pound I would still eat this way. My food tastes better and I feel better!

HOLY COW! You both look so fabulous. Roland looks so much like your sons and you look like you're in your 30s. HOT STUFF! And your hair... It is so super shiny. I'm impressed and more than that, so so happy for you.

HoLy hotness!! That's kind of crazy how no refined sugars, flour or added fat makes you lose weight!! :)

someday maybe I'll be ready. In the meantime, I remain an avid fan of Robin the Nutrarian.

Robin--keep posting those recipe ideas! While we aren't quite ready to completely take meat out of our diet, we have been adding quite a few more veggies to the diet so I love all of your ideas. Those veggie sandwiches look a.ma.zing!

Wow. I think you have always be smokin' hot, 52 lbs ago, and today with sleek bangs. I LOVE YOUR HAIR!

You look absolutly radiant. But I agree, the good food and the healthy feeling is just as rewarding if not more so than slimming down.

I am so glad to be home from traveling so that I have more control over eating this super yummy, healthy way! Thanks for turning me on to it!

xoxo

So funny that everyone is using the word "hot" - that's the first word that came to my mind to describe you :-) Congrats on living a healthy lifestyle. I'm trying, but know I could do so much better!
